Medifast Strawberry Cheese Crepe

Ingredients
1 - Medifast Original Pancake Mix1/4 cup (2oz) part skim ricotta cheeseDash of cinnamon2 tbs egg beaters1 tbs Walden Farms Strawberry Fruit Spread
Spray Pam in skillet on medium heat.
Mix pancake mix (per instructions on packet) and egg beaters. Pour mixture into warmed pan. While it is cooking mix the ricotta cheese with a dash of cinnamon. Turn pancake over when edges are done and surface is bubbly. Cook another minute. Add ricotta mixture to middle and roll up pancake. Top with tbs of strawberry spread.
