Garlic Smashed Potatos

Ingredients
1 lb red potatoes diced2 medium onions chopped1/4 cup minced garlic1/2 cup French Onion DipSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut out eyes and wash potatoes. Cut into chunks. Place in pot with water, diced onion, garlic and chives. Boil and drain when soft. Mash with French Onion Dip. Salt and Pepper to taste.
