Pork Shoulder 3 cups - about 1/2 inch piecesGreen Chili Peppers ( 1 Can like Old El Paso)1 medium Onion Diced4 Tbsp Salsa Rancera (medium) 1 Tbsp ground cumin1 Tbsp Oregano1 Can petite diced tomatoes2 Tbsp lime juice
Directions
Trim visible fat, brown cubed pork - placed all ingredients in small crock pot and let cook on low for 4 + hours.
