Oatmeal Butterscotch/Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
1 C. All Purpose Flour1 tsp. Baking Soda.5 tsp Salt.5 tsp Cinnamon1 C. Butter.75 C. Sugar.75 C. Packed Brown Sugar2 Eggs1 tsp Vanilla Extract'3 cups Oats1 C Chocolate Chips1 C. Butterscotch Chips
Directions
Add and mix the wet ingredients until creamy. Then gradually add the dry ingredients saving the oats, chocolate, and butterscotch for last. Drop by level tablespoon onto cookie sheet. Cook at 375 degrees for 9-10 minutes.

    I put them on a greased cookie sheet, but I don't think it would need to be greased. They held their shape better ungreased. They were yummy. Got pretty crispy when cool. I'm gonna try to leave the next ones a little under baked to aim for more chewy. - 3/12/10
