2 Cans Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup2 pouches Dry Onion Soup & recipe Mix6 Medium Potatoes, cut into quarters6 Medium carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces4 pound Boneless Beef Bottom Round Roast
Cut up potatoes and carrots and place in slow cooker.Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 packet of Onion soup mix. Mix soup mix with the potato and carrot mix. Trim excess fat from roast. Mix the remaining cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix and spread over the roast until completely coated. Place Roast on top of vegetable mixture. Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
