7 Cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes (Crushed to 1 3/4 cups)3/4 cup of Egg Beaters (Liquid)1 cup 2% milk1 cup all-purpose flour1 tsp Accent1 tbsp Mrs Dash (Table Blend)1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper3 lbs chicken pieces (with or without Skin)3 Tbsp of Fleischmann's Olive Oil Spread
1. Cereal in shallow bowl. set aside
2. In Medium bowl mix egg beater, milk slightly, then add flour, salt, and pepper. mix until smooth. Dip Chicken in batter. Coat with cereal . Place in single layer in shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray or foil lined. dizzle with Margarine.
3. Bake at 350 F about 1 hour or until chicken is tender, no longer pink and juices run clear.
