Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
2 1/2 c. old fashioned oatmeal1 c low fat greek yogurt plain1/2 c egg beaters 4 Tab agave nectar1 1/2 tsp low sodium baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 banana sliced thin or mashed1/2 c apple sauce1/4 c chopped walnuts
Directions
Add all ingredients in a bowl, mix together. Spray muffin pan with non stick spray. Divide mixture between all 12 muffin cups.

I also like to sprinkle the top of the unbaked muffins with a little cinnamon sugar.
