Korean Dukbokki

Ingredients
4 TBS soy sauce4 TBS sugar4 TBS korean pepper paste4 TBS sesame oil2 tsp cayenne pepper1 pkg mushrooms1 whole red pepper1 large onion 1 lb ground beef4 cups rice cakes
Directions
Soak the rice cakes in bowl of cold water for at least 30 mins.

Brown beef and set aside.

Saute onions for 3 mins and add pepper, saute for another 3 mins then add sliced mushrooms. Saute for addt'l 3 mins.

Mix first five ingredients.

In medium sauce pan bring 6 cups water to boil. Add rice tubes and cook for 3-5 mins. Drain.
Add all ingredients into saute pan and warm. Serve.

Serving Size: Makes 8 - 1 cup servings
