Barb and Ed's Mashed Yams

Ingredients
4 Yams (3 lbs = 1360 grams)4 Tbsp cup Half & Half1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Bake yams at 325 until they are soft.
Scoop out yams and mash with half & half, and cinnamon.

Can be made in advance and then reheated in oven in covered casserole dish
