Panko coated Salmon with mint and chili sauce

Ingredients
*Atlantic salmon steak, 4 serving (remove) 1 Egg, beaten 1 cup panko bread crumbs Mint jellyThai hot chili sauce
Directions
Dip the salmon steak in beaten egg, then coat with panko crumbs. Broil at low 2' from heat for approx 8 minutes or until the fish separates with a fork. Flavor with equal amounts of mint jelly and hot chili sauce
