Clafoutis Batter

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon sugars 1/4 teaspoon salt1 cup milk3 eggs5 Tablespoons butter, melted1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
Make the batter by whisking together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. With a hand mixer, beat in milk, eggs, melted butter and vegetable oil.

Serving Size: Makes about 3 cups of batter.
