Crockpot Steel Cut Oatmeal from Ground Beef Budget

Ingredients
1/2 cup steel cut oats2 cups water1/2 cup milk1/4 cup brown sugar1 tablespoon vanilla extract1 tablespoon grround cinnamon
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients in a glass bowl that will fit inside your slow cooker (I used a large measuring cup). Fill the space around the bowl with water. Cook on low overnight (7-8 hours).
