Healthy Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings

1 can Campbell's healthy request cream of chicken soup1 can Campbell's healthy request cream of mushroom soup2 cans water1 small onion, diced2 tsp garlic (or more)salt and pepper to taste1/2 bag mixed veggies (if you like, I didn't add it to this recipe b/c we prefer fresh veggies on the side in lieu of mushy veggies in our Chicken and Dumplings!)1 lb chicken (I used chicken tenders, chicken will fall apart in crockpot.)1 pkg biscuits
In crockpot, mix soup, water, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and veggies. Cook on low all day 6-8 hours. 2 hours before serving place biscuits on top an replace lid. (You can also mix the biscuits into the mix if you like, seems to cook faster if you don't.)
