Flour, whole grain, 2 cup Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated Raisins, .5 cup, packed Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 1 serving Almonds, 1 cup, sliced Baking Soda, 2 tsp Egg, fresh, 3 medium Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, .75 cup Salt, .5 tsp Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Stevia in the Raw, .25 cup
1.soak raisins in hot water, in covered bowl, for 30 min
2.drain raisins
3. preheat oven 350
4. In large bowl mix, flour, soda, cinn, and salt
5. Stir in carrots,raisins, apple, and almonds
6.In separate bowl, beat eggs,oil,and vanilla
7. Stir eggs mixture into flour mixture
8. Grease muffin pan
9. Divide batter in pan and bake for 20-22 min
