Easy Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 pound cubed beef1 tsp of garlic1 can (796 ml) of stewed tomato1 tbsp oil560 grams of potatocarrotscelery
Directions
- brown the beef, onions and garlic in the oil.
- add this mixture to cooking pot.
- add salt, stewed tomato, potato, celery, carrots or any other vegetable you want.
- mix together and good on high till it starts to boil.
- reduce head to simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
- add corn starch to thicken.
