Ingredients
Celery, raw, 14 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Ground beef, 600 grams Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Ham, regular (11% fat), 2 cup, diced Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 6 tsp
Directions
Turn on oven to 375F
Chop ham to cubes
chop celery,onion, potato
Add ham to ground beef
Season with Taco seasoning
Mix in veggies
Pour into a baking pan and bake for 25 - 45 mins depending on how wide or deep your baking pan is.
When cooked, slowly drain the oil off from the mixture( You can store this separately and use it as a seasoning for other soups or stews)
