Enchilada Chicken

Ingredients
8 4oz portions of boneless skinless chicken breast (fat trimmed)8 oz light sour cream (I use generic brands)1 cup cream of celery soup (condensed)1 cup salsa (I buy the fresh salsa or make it myself)1/2 a medium sized red onion
Directions
Mix all wet ingredients in a bowel, mix well. Pour enough of the mixture in your slow cooker to cover the bottom so the chicken doesnt stick. Add raw chicken to slow cooker, top with remaining sauce. Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 on low, depending on your slow cooker.
