Whole Wheat Eggless Pancake Mix

Ingredients
0.50 tbsp Salt 9 tsp Baking Powder 4.50 tsp Baking Soda 0.25 cup Cornstarch 9 cup Flour, white 3 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large air-tight tub.

To make pancakes, mix equal parts (more or less) pancake mix with cold water, stirring with a fork until moistened.

Pour into a lightly greased or nonstick pan over med-hi heat and cook until bubbles form and edges are cooked. Flip and cook until done.
