2 cans fat free reduced sodium beef broth, divided1/3 C all-purpose flour1-2 lean pork tenderloins (about 2 lbs) or 3 pork tenderloin chops all fat trimmedcut into 1-inch squares4 med red potatoes, unpeeled, cut into cubes2 cups frozen green beans or 1 14oz can green beans1 med onion chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp salt1 tsp dried thyme1/2 tsp black pepper
1. Combine flour into 3/4 C broth in bowl; cover and refrigerate
2. Combine remaining ingredients in Crock-Pot slow cooker; mix well. Cover. Cook on High for 4-5 hours or Low for 8-10 hours.
3. Stir flour and broth mixture into slow cooker. Cook UN-covered for 30 mins or until thickened.
Serving Size: Makes 8 1 cup servings
