    1 serving Onions, yellow sauteed 1 cup
    1 tsp Pepper, white
    1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
    3 cup Fresh Express 50/50 Mix (Spring mix and Baby Spinich
    6 serving fresh mushrooms, sliced (0.25 cup)
    4 serving mozzerlla cheese slices (by MSILVA521)
    2 serving chedder cheese slice
    4 tsp Tabasco Sauce
    1 clove Garlic
    4 strip (4" long) Celery, raw
    1 serving Angel Sweet Tomatoes - Sunset ( 1 serving 85g Approx 9 tomatoes)

Tips

takes about 10 min to actually set after leaving oven to be able to cut in pie slice without falling apart.


Directions

layer spring mix and spinach in bottom of 2.8 quart oven safe casserole. (set to side) in pan place diced peppers, onion and gently saute'. add ham and chopped celery add white pepper . (set aside to cool). using bowl combine eggs, milk, chives, parmesan, tabasco, cottage cheese, and sour cream & whip . fold saute' mixture into egg mixture gently. pour on top of spinach mix top with cheese, tomatoes parsley and bake 375 for 45 mins. cover and let set 10 mins. enjoy
