Corn and Black Bean Tacos (beef)

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 packet low sodium taco seasoningwater1 can black beans, rinsed1 can sweet corn1/4 cup taco sauce
Directions
Brown beef, drain. Add taco seasoning and water according to package. Drain and rinse black beans, drain corn, add to meat mixture. Stir in taco sauce. Let heat thoroughly. Serve in taco shells or in a salad.
