Ingredients
1 can low-sodium black beans1 cup diced celery1 diced shallot3 garlic cloves diced.5 cup mild salsa1 tbsp garlic powder2 tbsp chili powder1 tsp cayenne pepper.5 cup water.5 cup shredded low-fat cheese
Directions
In small saucepan, add garlic, shallots, celery and water. When celery is softened, add black beans and spices. After spices are incorporated add salsa. Cook for 5 minutes. Add to taco shells or rice.
