Pasta with garlic and broccoli

16 oz pasta package1/4 cup olive oil1 10oz pack frozen broccoli, cooked1/2 large onion, sliced4-6 garlic cloves (to your liking)1 packet Goya Chicken bouillon1/2 green bell pepper, sliced1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper1 tbsp paprika (more or less to your liking)4 tbsp I can't believe its not butter1/4 to 1/2 cup skim milk
Cook pasta according to package directions making sure not to over cook pasta. Drain Pasta. In the same pot pasta was cooked in, put in butter and olive oil. When hot add onions, green pepper, and garlic. Sautee for a few minutes. Add bouillon, paprika, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add pasta and stir all ingredients. Add milk and broccoli and stir. Taste to make sure it is to your liking.
