Ingredients
Tzatziki Sauce:Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt 1 1/4 cupsCucumber (peeled), 1 medium chopped fineJuice of 1 Lemon Garlic, 2 cloves mincedmint, dried, 1 tsp Fresh Parsley, 2 tbspRed Onion, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Salt, 1 dash Pepper, white, 0.25 tsp Burger Mixture:Chicken - Extra Lean Ground Breast, 1 lb Cheese, Feta, Fat Free, President, 3 oz Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted (4 Olives) Garlic, 2 cloves mincedFresh Parsley, 2 tbspRed Onion, raw, 2 tbsp chopped mint, dried, 1 tsp Dried Oregano, 1 tsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.25 cup Parsley, 4 tbspSalt, 1 dash Pepper, white, 0.25 tsp Pam Cooking Spray
Directions
Combine all ingredients for cucumber sauce and refrigerate until ready to serve. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients in burger mixture and shape into 4 patties. Spray Grill Pan with cooking spray and cook 5 to 7 minutes per side. Serve hot with Tzatziki Sauce on Top.

    Great tasting recipe for ground chicken burger. I used sliced black olives since I don't like kalamata and 2 fresh egg whites instead of egg substitute. Loved it! Will definitely make this recipe again and again. - 6/30/14
