Double Chocolate Cookie

Ingredients
1 and a 1/2 cups powdered sugar2 egg whites2/3 cup cocoa powder1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Using an electric whisk, beat together the first 3 ingredients until well mixed (don’t whisk for too long, you’re not aiming for a fluffy batter) Stir in the chocolate chips. Chill the dough while you preheat your oven to 350 F. Scoop heaped tablespoons of dough onto a cookie sheet lined with silpat (or lightly greased parchment paper) leaving plenty of space between them.
Bake for 7-8 minutes until puffy and crinkled.
