Cranberry Apple Walnut Whole Wheat Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
Oatmeal (plain), 1 cup dry Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Banana, fresh, .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Milk, 2%, .5 cup Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.5 cup Apples, fresh, .5 cup, quartered or chopped Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
Directions
Gather the dry, wet, and fruit/nut ingredients separately. Add the wet to the dry and mix thoroughly, then add the fruit and nuts. Bake in a muffin tin at 350 for 15 minutes or in a loaf pan at 350 for 25 minutes. Will be very dense!
