Beets, boiled, 300 grams Boiled potatoes, 1.5 cupPeas, canned, 1 can (303 x 406) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Dill Pickles, 1 cup, chopped or diced Carrots, cooked, 1 cup slicesOlive Oil, 4 tbsp Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
Directions
Boil potatoes, beets, and carrots till tender
Dice and mix potatoes, beets, carrots, onions, pickles.
Add peas, oil and vinegar
