no noodle lasagna

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef, lean15 ounce jar of ragu sauce15 ounces of ricotta cheese16 ounces of mozzarella cheese, shredded1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese1 large egg1/2 tsp minced fresh garlic2 tsp dried Italian seasoning1 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Brown hamburger and add Ragu, simmer while assembling the rest of the ingredients. Mix the remaining ingredients using only 8 ounces of the mozzarella cheese. Put meat and sauce in 9 x 13 pan, top with cheese mixture and than add the remaining mozzarella cheese to the top. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, until the top starts to brown and edges bubble. Let cook 10 to 15 minutes before slicing. Cut into 8 equal servings.
