Pumpkin Pie Homemade

Ingredients
Granulated Sugar, 0.75 cup (remove) Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove) Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove) Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp (remove) Cloves, ground, 0.25 tsp (remove) Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove) Libby 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup/122g), 1.75 cup (remove) Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 12 fl oz (remove) Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9" (remove)
Directions
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees, bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate
