Avocado and Kale Salad

Ingredients
1 head kale, shredded1 cup tomato, chopped1 avocado, peeled & pitted 2 Tbs. grapeseed or olive oil1 Tbs. lemon juicesea salt (to taste)˝ tsp. cayenne
Directions
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.

Mash with your hands to create a marinated/wilted effect on the kale.
