Pork Strganoff

Ingredients
10.65 oz Pork Tenderloin24 oz sliced mushrooms2 teaspoons coconut oil7 oz onion (one medium sliced)2 tablespoons Worcestershire1 teaspoon mustard2.6 oz sour cream
Directions
saute pork in coconut oil. Set aide and add onion. cook until wilting quite a bit. Add mushrooms. Cook on high heat until reduced to taste. Add worcestershire, mustard. Add sour cream just before serving.
