Turkey Stroganoff

Ingredients
Cooking spray1 lb. lean ground turkey1/2 cup chopped onion10 medium mushrooms, sliced1 clove garlic, minced1 can Campbell's 98% fat free condensed Cream of Mushroom soup1/2 cup skim milk6 oz. (dry) Barilla whole grain pastaparsley flakes
Directions
Boil and drain pasta. Set aside.

In large frying pan, brown turkey. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms; continue cooking until onions are clear and mushrooms have softened. Add soup and milk; bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in pasta and sprinkle with parsley.

Makes 4 servings.
