Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1 single serving of sillouette yogurt (any flavour)1 cup frozen Strawberries1 Cup 2% milk1 Medium Banana1/2 cup water
Directions
Add all ingredients into the blender and blend.

Makes 4 cups.

I prefer 2% but obviously you can substitute.

Use less or more water depending on the thickness you prefer.
