Chicken sir fry fired rice

Ingredients
10 cups brown rice3 cups mixed veggies4 egg white4 ww chicken tenders1 cup terriaki sauce
Directions
cook the rice and steam the veggies
cook chicken in skillet
add egg whites and scramble
add everything together
cook it all together for a while longer
