Ingredients
2 large organic baking potatoesrub skins with butter and salt and bake in oven 350 till skins crisp and potato is done through1/4 c shredded cheese.5 c cottage cheese.5 c inced broccoli4 organic nitrate free ham slices choppedany seasonings you wish
Directions
cut baked potatoes in half scoop out eat into a bowl leavign .25 inch left on skin to form a *bowl*
add all ingredients except cheese and mix, add back into potatoes and top with cheese bake in 350 oven till potatoes warmed through and cheese melted
