Veggie Beef Soup (High protein)

Ingredients
-Mixed Vegetables (Corn, peas, carrots, and green beans), frozen, 1 package (10 oz) -Tomato Sauce, 2 cup -Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) -Cooked Lentils, 1 cup -3 red potatoes thinly sliced-1/2 medium onion (Don't Chop, just leave onion in to get flavor and nutrients, discard onion before serving)-Garlic, 2 cloves (Don't chop or mince, leave cloves in to get flavor and nutrients, discard before serving)-Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 1.5 lb cut in small pieces-Zucchini, 2 cup, juliened-Summer squash, 1 cup juliened-Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp-Garlic powder, 1.5 tbsp-Rosemary, dried, 1.5 tbsp -Salt, 0.75 tbsp-Ground black pepper 1/2 tbsp
Directions
Use 3 qt or larger size pot

Cook beef pieces in pan before adding them to soup

Add all ingredients, bring to a slow boil, then cook on Lo for 30 minutes to 1 hour stirring occasionally
