Southwest Chicken Beans and Corn skillet lunch (1 cup)

Ingredients
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite-size pcs.1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1 can sweet corn1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash's Onion and Herb1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash's Southwest ChipotleSafeway Salsa Fresco mild (2 tbs per serving)
Directions
Heat a skillet on medium heat and add the pieces of chicken breast. Cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until nearly done. Rinse and drain black beans. Add them to the skillet. Drain water from corn and add to skillet. Stir all ingredients. Cover skillet and simmer on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
