Green Beans with Bacon

Ingredients
50g lean shortcut bacon (extra fat removed), cut into small pieces1 onion, chopped1 garlic clove, minced1t olive oil1t honeysalt, pepper, paprika to your own taste500g beans, ends removed and cut in half50ml port wine (or any other red wine)100 - 150ml vegetable stock
Directions
Heat up pan and the oil, fry bacon pieces on medium high heat, add onions, garlic, spices and honey, continue frying and stirring.
Add the green beans, fry for another couple minutes.
Add the wine and stock lower the heat, put the lid on and let simmer for about 15min, stirring occasionally
