Ingredients
Tilapia, 16 oz (frozen)Diced tomatoes - basil, garlic, & oregano, 1.75 cup Green beans(frozen), 1.75 cup 1/2 cup water Salt, pepper to taste!
Directions
Open can of tomatoes, place some in the bottom of slow cooker, layer the fish, it should be around 4 filets, top off with remainder of tomatoes, top off with frozen green beans. Add about 1/2 cup water.

Turn slow cooker on low for about 3 hours

Serving Size: Divide into 4 servings
