Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries1 cup frozen blueberries1 cup frozen mangos3/4 cup frozen peas and carrots2 cups organic fresh spinach1/2 cup flax meal2 cups STRONG brewed green tea, 2 bags (I use lemon ginseng)
Directions
Add frozen ingredients first, then spinach and flax. Blend for 30 sec to 1 minute.
