Ingredients
1.5 cups whole wheat flour2 tsp baking powderpinch of salt1 cup dry oatmeal200 grams dried fruit3/4 cups lemonade6 tbsp agave nectarcinnamon0.5 cups unsweetened applesauce0.3 cups olive oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, baking powder, salt, oatmeal, dried fruit and cinnamon), mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl (lemonade, agave, applesauce and oil).
Move the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients' bowl, mix, place in muffin tin (or paper cups) and bake at 160 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.
