Shrimp, raw, 16 ozShallots, 1/2 cup choppedOregano, 1/4 cup, fresh, choppedTomato, cherry , 1 cup, cut in halfCucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, choppedAvocados, Florida, 2 fruit without skin and seeds dicedWhite Balsamic Vinegar, 1/3 cupOlive Oil, 0.25 cupSea salt to tastePepper to taste
Brush shrimp with some of the oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Preheat grill over medium heat. Cook 2 minutes per side. Set aside.
In large bowl, combine remainder (except sea salt) of ingredients with grilled shrimp. Mix carefully. Sprinkle on sea salt. Serve room temp or chilled.
