Peanut Butter Cup Surprise Brownie Bites

Ingredients
50 mini muffin liners 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 teaspoon salt _________________________________________ 3/4 cup white sugar 2 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons each vegetable oil & water_________________________________________ 1-1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips_________________________________________ 3 eggs 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract_________________________________________ 50 Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). IMPORTANT: Line with mini liners and spray with baking grease.

2. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.

3. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, vegetable oil and water. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients until just combined.

4. Place unwrapped Mini PB Cups right-side-up in LINED muffin tins. Place a teaspoon or so of batter over each PB Cup so that the batter is level. Bake for 22-25 minutes. Do not overbake! Cool for 10 minutes and use a slender knife or spoon to pop the brownies out, and pop in your mouth!
