1/2 cup (1 stick) Land o Lakes Light Butter1/2 cup Splenda Sugar Blend (OR use 1 cup sugar)1.25 cups Brown Sugar1.33 cups Creamy Peanut Butter2 Eggs1 Egg White1/4 tsp Salt3/4 TBSP Baking Soda1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract4.5 cups Quaker Old Fashioned Quick Oatmeal1 (12 oz) package Milk Chocolate Chips1 (regular size) Hershey w/ Almonds Bar - Finely Chopped6 oz plain m&ms (can use milk or dark chocolate)
Preheat oven to 350d
Spray Baking sheets with nonstick spray
Cream Butter, Sugar Blend, and Brown sugar in a large bowl.
Beat in Peanut Butter, Eggs, Egg White, Salt, Baking Soda, and Vanilla Extract
Gradually stir in Oats
Fold in Chocolate chips, m&ms, and chopped Hershey Bar pieces
Drop by heaping TBSP spoonfuls onto baking sheets
Bake for 10-12 minutes (for perfectly chewy cookies, be sure not to over-bake)
Makes about 5 dozen cookies
Serving Size: Makes 60 cookies
