Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) *Summer Squash, 3 mediumCauliflower, cooked, 1 cup (1" pieces) Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped
Directions
Boil all vegetables together till soft. Drain water. Let cool a bit and then mash up well. Season to flavor as desired.
