Sandwich Wrap in a Minute

Ingredients
1/8 cup ground flax1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon\2 tsp splenda 1 egg1/8 cup 1% cottage cheese
Directions
Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Break the egg in a cereal bowl; beat the egg and add the cottage cheese. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork or put though a sieve before adding to the bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix. Microwave 1 minute. Roll up desired sandwich meat or cut it in half if you desire. Makes 1 serving.
