Chicken Fried Round Steak

Ingredients
1 lb round steak2 eggs beaten1/8 cup milk, nonfatsalt pepper1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup all purpose flour
Directions
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
Beat eggs and milk together.
Cut steak into 3 pieces
Dip the steak into egg mixture.
Add s&p to steak
Dip steak in flour mixture.
Brown both sides of steak 3-4 minutes
