Breakfast egg cups

Ingredients
6 Slices Whole Wheat Bread12 Eggs12 slices turkey baconCooking spraySalt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375deg. Cook turkey bacon by pan frying or on cookie sheet in oven. Remove and cool slightly. While cooking, take wheat bread and roll slightly with rolling pin. Cut in half.

Spray each well of a dozen size muffin tin. Place half a slice of bread in each one, pressing to the bottom. Place a slice of turkey bacon in each well. Top with 1 raw egg. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (or herbs of your choice). Place muffin tin in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool and store in refrigerator.
