1 cup rolled oats1/2 cup raw buckwheat groats1/4 cup raw slivered almonds2 tbsp Whole flaxseeds2 tbsp cinnamon2 tbsp raw almond butter2 tbsp Agave 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees and line a a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl. In a microwavable dish heat the almond butter and agave for less than a minute. Pour over oats along with vanilla extract and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture over baking sheet, smooth flat and bake for 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool.
Break up granola and divide into 5 equal portions.
Eat for breakfast with a splash of almond milk.
