Ingredients
Dates, 1 cup, pitted, chopped Oats, 1.5 cup Pecans, 1 cup, chopped Dried pineapple chopped .5 cup *Dried Cherries, chopped1/3 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened chopped, 1/3 cup Oat Bran, 2 tablespoonsFlaxseed, 3 tbsp Wheat germ, crude,2 tablespoonsSalt, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Honey, 3 tbsp
Directions
Put dates in saucepan and cover with water. Simmer until water is absorbed and dates are soft and have a paste like consistency. Mix all ingredients together and press into a 8x8 pan sprayed with non stick vegetable oil spray. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 30 minutes until they are brown. Cool. Cut into 16 squares.
